Refund policy
We have a 24-hour return policy, which means you have 24 hours after receiving your item to request a return. Requests made after that period will not be accepted.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To request a return:
- Contact us at info@dripstore-world.com within 24 hours of delivery.
- Wait for approval and return instructions.
- Ship the item within 7 days after receiving return approval.
- We recommend using a trackable service for returns over $75.
We do not accept exchanges on any items. If you are unsure about a product or its size, please review our size chart and product descriptions carefully before making your purchase.
Please note that the customer is responsible for paying the return shipping costs. If you are returning an item over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for any lost or damaged packages during the return shipping process.

Damages and issues
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please email us at info@dripstore-world.com with photos of the product and the packaging within 24 hours of delivery so we can resolve the issue.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Raffle items
- Giveaway items
- Sale items
- Gift cards
Refunds
Refunds by Store Credit:
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If your return is approved, we will issue store credit for the product price only. Shipping fees are not refundable except for free shipping items. Store credit will be applied to your account and can be used towards future purchases on our website. We do not offer refunds to the original payment method.
